The Bijou is a great gem in Esperance. The theatre has put on some amazing and wonderful shows and will hopefully continue to do so.It has wheel chair and disabled accessIt caters tea and coffee as well as a licensed bar for productions.The members of the Bijou are basically a second family.

The Bijou Theatre
A beautiful theatre built in 1896. The theatre is heritage listed and is still used to this day for live performances. The Bijou Theatre is home to The Esperance Theatre Guild, an amazing theatre group who is happy to welcome anyone, regardless of age, gender and abilities.

The Petit Bijou (Small Gem) Theatre is the oldest still active Theatre in Western Australia. Producing on average three live stage performances each year the Bijou is also strongly involved in supporting community events. Well Done Bijou Thespians..!!
